Description: The Minecraft 1.19 release date is, theoretically, on the horizon. There are many exciting things in the upcoming update including frogs, the brand new allay mb and the terrifying Minecraft Warden. Each brings something different to the game, however in the case of the Warden, at the very least, it appears Mojang is determined to scare us. email If you're skeptical, just check out the most recent notes for Minecraft 1.19 pre-release 3. which was released almost immediately after pre-release 2. Possibly because of the Warden's demands. While most of the notes focus on bug fixes, there are a few Warden changes worth to mention. The first is that if a Warden gets stuck in a liquid it will now die instead of digging. We don't know exactly how it angrily desspawns but it's something that we are excited to see. The other major change that's significant, and this is the one that specifically came in version 3 of the pre-release, is that "Wardens Sonic Boom attack does not have the ability to reduce damage by armour enchantments , such as Protection." This makes the Warden a little more powerful, as it indicates that Mojang intends that this enemy is to be avoided, not cheesed. While the majority of the bug changes are fairly specific but it's worth mentioning that mobs seem to spawn more frequently in Nether Portals, which means they're being ripped from the fabric of space and time frequently. Mojang is working on stopping this in a future version, but "will not be making any further modifications to this until the release of 1.19."
