Mods that let you build huge factories in the sky and survive a spaceship crash on a planet far away, become a powerful wizard, or live in peace with nature in the forests. The majority of articles claiming to offer the top Minecraft mods will provide you with an endless list of incompatible downloads that you can download from suspicious websites, but we're going to do things in differently. The modpacks listed below include a video or an in-game tutorial to help you to understand how things work. However, you might have to use Google at times to discover some information. To download them, all you require is the Twitch Desktop app (opens in new tab) that will guide you through the process of installing. Click the Minecraft tab, hit "Browse All Modpacks" and use the search box to locate each one. One note on hardware: To run these mods, you will need to have the desktop version of Minecraft installed on your computer. Minecraft isn't exactly what you would consider an optimized video game.
