As we mentioned last month, Minecraft: PlayStation 4 Edition brings with it many distinct features like support for the DualShock 4 touchpad, save game transfers between PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 and "a bunch of Sony-specific DLC to be released soon after launch." After Minecraft is released for the PlayStation 4, owners of the game on PS3 can upgrade to the latest version for $5. 4J Studios, the developer of Minecraft, has not yet announced a date for its release or a window for its launch.
