How to Add MyNewNet to Your Safe Senders List
Ensure you receive all important notifications, security alerts, and account updates by whitelisting @mynewnet.com emails. Follow these provider-specific instructions:
Gmail Instructions
Method 1: Create a Permanent Filter
- Log in to your Gmail account
- Click the search bar dropdown arrow (top-right)
- In the "From" field enter:
@mynewnet.com
- Click "Create filter"
- Check these boxes:
- β "Never send to Spam"
- β "Star it" (optional)
- β "Apply label" (create "MyNewNet" label if desired)
- Click "Create filter" to save
Method 2: Manual Whitelisting
- Open any MyNewNet email
- Click the three-dot menu (top-right)
- Select "Filter messages like these"
- Follow steps 4-6 from Method 1
Outlook/Hotmail Instructions
- Sign in to Outlook.com
- Click the Settings gear βοΈ β "View all Outlook settings"
- Go to Mail β Junk email
- Under "Safe senders and domains":
- a. Click "Add"
- b. Enter:
@mynewnet.com
- Scroll down and enable:
- β "Trust email from my contacts"
- β "Trust email from addresses I add"
- Click "Save"
Yahoo Mail Instructions
- Log in to Yahoo Mail
- Click the Settings gear βοΈ β "More Settings"
- Go to Filters β Add new filter
- Set these parameters:
- Filter Name: MyNewNet Alerts
- From: contains
@mynewnet.com
- Then: Deliver to Inbox
- + Add action: "Never send to Spam"
- Click "Save"
Apple Mail/iCloud Instructions
- Open any MyNewNet email
- Click the "From" address at the top
- Select "Add to Contacts"
- Alternatively:
- Go to Settings β Mail β Junk
- Add
@mynewnet.com
to "Safe Senders"
ProtonMail Instructions
- Log in to your ProtonMail account
- Go to Settings β Filters β Add Filter
- Set conditions:
- From: Contains
@mynewnet.com
- From: Contains
- Set actions:
- β "Never send to Spam"
- β "Star" (optional)
- Click "Save"
β οΈ Troubleshooting Tips
If emails still go to spam:
- Check your Junk/Spam folder regularly
- Mark MyNewNet emails as "Not Junk"
- Add
