How to Add MyNewNet to Your Safe Senders List

Ensure you receive all important notifications, security alerts, and account updates by whitelisting @mynewnet.com emails. Follow these provider-specific instructions:

Gmail Gmail Instructions

Method 1: Create a Permanent Filter

  1. Log in to your Gmail account
  2. Click the search bar dropdown arrow (top-right)
  3. In the "From" field enter: @mynewnet.com
  4. Click "Create filter"
  5. Check these boxes:
    • βœ“ "Never send to Spam"
    • βœ“ "Star it" (optional)
    • βœ“ "Apply label" (create "MyNewNet" label if desired)
  6. Click "Create filter" to save

Method 2: Manual Whitelisting

  1. Open any MyNewNet email
  2. Click the three-dot menu (top-right)
  3. Select "Filter messages like these"
  4. Follow steps 4-6 from Method 1

Outlook Outlook/Hotmail Instructions

  1. Sign in to Outlook.com

  3. Go to Mail β†’ Junk email
  4. Under "Safe senders and domains":
    • a. Click "Add"

    • Then: Deliver to Inbox

  1. Open any MyNewNet email
  2. Click the "From" address at the top
  3. Select "Add to Contacts"
  4. Alternatively:
    • Go to Settings β†’ Mail β†’ Junk
    • Add @mynewnet.com to "Safe Senders"

ProtonMail ProtonMail Instructions

  1. Log in to your ProtonMail account
  2. Go to Settings β†’ Filters β†’ Add Filter
  3. Set conditions:
    • From: Contains @mynewnet.com
  4. Set actions:
    • βœ“ "Never send to Spam"
    • βœ“ "Star" (optional)
  5. Click "Save"

⚠️ Troubleshooting Tips

If emails still go to spam:

  • Check your Junk/Spam folder regularly
  • Mark MyNewNet emails as "Not Junk"
  • Add @mynewnet.com, advertise mynewnet classified, support mynewnet and mynewnet legalseparately
